A Staff Housing Interest Survey was completed by employees to better understand current housing costs, interest in district-provided rentals, and desired features.
Steamboat Springs School District (SSSD) Superintendent Dr. Celine Wicks has announced her plan to retire at the end of the 2025–2026 school year. Her final day with the district will be June 30, 2026.

I want to share with you that I will be retiring as Superintendent of the Steamboat Springs School District at the end of the 2025–2026 school year, with my last day being June 30, 2026.
