The Steamboat Springs School District has selected Derek Fettig as its new Director of Finance and Operations. Fettig brings more than ten years of financial leadership and operational management to the role, combined with a strong personal commitment to the Steamboat Springs community.

The Colorado Department of Education (CDE) is inviting all Colorado parents and families to share their feedback on school options and educational choices through August 31. This statewide survey, stemming from House Bill (HB) 26-1428, will directly inform upcoming State Board of Education rulemaking, legislative priorities, and resource allocation across the state.

Steamboat Springs School District (SSSD) received the TJ Sisto Award from Brighter World Child Advocacy Center.
The Steamboat Springs School District RE-2 (District) is soliciting Statements of Interest, Qualifications and Proposals from qualified firms to provide Owner’s Representative Services to assist the District in the pre-development work and pre-construction work for new affordable employee housing.
