Superintendent Search

Overview

The Steamboat Springs School District Board of Education conducted a superintendent search to support leadership continuity and long-term district success. The Board worked with McPherson & Jacobson, LLC to guide the search process, gather stakeholder input, and support candidate recruitment and screening. Community feedback was a key part of this process and helped inform the Board’s priorities as it reviewed candidates and conducted interviews.
