My Fave 5 daily Supplements

I'm not a fan of multi vitamins because I feel they don't offer enough of what we really need. Here are my fave 5!

  1. Vitamin D3: 1,000-5,000IU daily depending on blood levels or amount of sunshine you get
  2. Magnesium - great for sleep, anxiety and constipation as well as multiple other cellular functions
  3. Krill Oil - more sustainable than fish oil, less chance of mercury contamination and higher potency of Omega 3.
  4. Spirulina - blue green algea superfood with multiple health benefits!
  5. Turmeric - antioxidant and anti inflammatory.
