We do still have counseling available to our employees and their dependents who carry the school district insurance at no cost to you. Each person is allotted 3 visits per year. Amy Goodwin, LPC CACIII is our counselor.
She sees our patients on Tuesdays at 3:00 or 4:00. Please schedule with her by calling 875-2633 to make an appointment.
Additional visits can also be scheduled with Amy as she now accepts the SSSD insurance.
Thank you! Don’t hesitate to call or email me with any questions.
We do not offer Covid testing currently in the clinic. If you are not able to get a test from the school nurse, you may schedule one online through MyHealth Connection. We do require a negative Covid test before seeing you in the clinic for Covid-like symptoms.
If you have a negative Covid test and would like a Flu test, please call us to schedule.
If you would like to be tested for both, UChealth Urgent Care offers the FLuVid test and will test for both Covid and Flu at the same time.
Please call with any questions because this can be confusing.
