Bus passes are here!

We are excited to inform you that bus passes will be distributed to all students who registered for transportation either during open enrollment or through the Google form sent at the beginning of the school year. Students will receive their bus passes tomorrow at their respective schools.

Each bus pass is labeled with the student’s name, grade, and bus route number. To help prevent loss or damage, the bus pass comes with a plastic sleeve and lanyard. We kindly ask that you assist your student in either wearing the bus pass daily or securing it to their backpack in an easily accessible location.

When entering and exiting the bus, students will tap their bus passes on the RFID card reader installed on the bus.

If your student rides the bus and does not receive a pass, please contact Transportation Manager Casey Ungs at cungs@ssk12.org, or fill out the form below.

If you need help finding your child's Student ID Number:

• Log in to Alma
• Click your initials in the top right hand corner
• Click "My Info"
• All of your connected student accounts are on the right hand side. Scroll down to find your child's Student ID #. This number will last with them throughout their career in SSSD.

We will also introduce a parent/guardian app that allows you to see when your student scans on or off the bus and communicate any delays or cancellations that may affect your child’s bus route.
