Housing Committee Continues Staff Housing Discussions

The Steamboat Springs School District Housing Committee met on May 6 to continue discussions around staff housing efforts. The committee reaffirmed that affordable housing remains a priority for the district and agreed to move forward with issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for an owner’s representative.

The selected owner’s representative will help revisit the scope and approach of the proposed housing project, which is still planned for the district-owned property adjacent to Sleeping Giant School. Additional updates will be shared as the process moves forward.
