Request for Proposal - Employee Housing Development - Deadline April 17, 2025

The Steamboat Springs School District RE-2 is accepting proposals from qualified affordable housing developers to design and construct new, affordable, employee housing on a development site within the site of Sleeping Giant School in accordance with the terms included in a Request for Proposals. The purpose of the RFP is to seek a qualified entity to develop the site, inclusive of utilities, and design and construct a minimum of 20 employee residences on an existing 2.23 acres owned by the Steamboat Springs School District. One digital PDF copy must be submitted to the Director of Finance and Operations by April 17, 2025 at 4:00 pm. Proposals shall be addressed to Stephanie Juneau at sjuneau@ssk12.org, with a copy to Pascal Ginesta at pginesta@ssk12.org. The Steamboat Springs School District RE2 reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, in part or in total.
