Steamboat Springs High School Gardner Field Track Re-top and Striping

Steamboat Springs School District RE-2 is requesting proposals (RFP) for re-topping and striping

Project address is Steamboat Springs High School Gardner Field track, 45 East Maple Street, Steamboat Springs,CO 80487.

Requested scope of work shall include the following.

Provide and complete installation of approximately 6250 SY of re-topping epiQ V300 structural spray polyurethane surfacing system in the color red. Provide lanes and competitive track markings to match existing. Images of existing markings will be provided by the owner.

Provide project insurance, bonding, submittals, mobilization, daily cleanup, and trash removal. Provide an additional alternate #1 Restripe Steamboat Springs Middle School Asphalt 6 lane track to match existing. Located at Steamboat Springs Middle School, 39610 Amethyst Dr.,Steamboat Springs,CO 80487

Anticipated installation and work completion would be June 2025 to the end of August 2025.

Please provide a summary of your company's experience with track re-topping and striping and how you plan to manage the School District's project.
